Vintage 1950s / 60s Red Dress

Vintage red dress with gold floral design, estimated to be from the 50s / 60s. Vintage size 13, but fits more like a size small. Please check measurements: Waist: approximately 13.5 inches flat across Bust: approximately 15 inches flat across This dress is great condition for being so old, however it does have a small tear near the waistline (see pictures). Has tulle underneath the skirt that helps make it poofy!
