1950's Black Tulle with Peach Pink Satin Ribbon bubble skirt strapless Dress. Dress has 2 layers of tulle, bottom layer is a pale pink almost gray and the top is black with small black polka dots all over. 3 peach pink satin ribbon adorn the skirt in a random pattern, the same pink satin ribbon accentuates the bust and waist in a simple cross the body pattern.
