Vintage 1950s Cocktail Dress Black LBD Wiggle dress linen/silk blend? ruffles

This is a simple little black dress from the 1950s. It features small tailored ruffles at the neckline and sleeve ends and a ruched middriff area. It has no tags at all. The fabric is lightweight and could be a silk or a linen silk blend, but I can't know for sure. It has a center back metal zipper unlined 3/4 sleeves The dress is midnight black, I've pulled up the shadows in the photos a bit so you can see the details. Excellent condition!
