Vintage 1950s MCM Early Betty Lou Nichols SANTA CLAUS Christmas Figurine 9.5"

Up for offer here is a vintage, mid 20th century, 1950's, Mid Century Modern style, Christmas Santa Claus figurine by Betty Lou Nichols, from California. This is an early cersion with bas relief eyelashes and sgraffito, or hand surface etched beard and hair. He also comes with a hand crafted toy sack that fits snugly into the planter section of the figural. Hand signed B. Lou and S. Claus on the underside of feet. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, some very small areas of red cold paint loss. Measures approximately 9.5" tall.
