Please see measurements. • Flat Measurements (Approximate): • Waist: 13.5" • Length: 25.25" Condition: Fair pre-owned vintage condition. Still wearable, but it does have some issues. There are crushed velvet marks on the waistband from a hanger, creases from wear, and the velvet pile has worn away at the top where the waistband folds over. The back seat area has some creases in the velvet as well. Most of the sequins are secure, but there are a few loose sequins. One of the hooks is missing at the waistband.
