Gorgeous 3/4 sleeve blouse with ruffles on neckline and sleeves. Blue polka dot print on off white viscose-like fabric. Button-down at the front. Possibly handmade. In great vintage condition. Fits like a size Small, best for bra cups A and B. *Skirt sold separately.
