Vintage 1950s Poodle Skirt

Vintage 1950’s Felt Sid Harris Poodle Circle Skirt 26” waist 28" long I believe that the material is 50% Wool, 50% Rayon Vintage poodle skirt. Purchased from JuJu and Moxie, a vintage clothing store in Madison, WI in the mid 90s. The poodle applique was hand sewn on ~1996 along with the chain. Brand is Sid Harris from Milwaukee, WI This also comes with a bag that was used for trick or treating.
