1950 Vintage Trinket Box HandPainted Porcelain Lord Nelson England

Absolutely stunning, handcrafted shabby chic decor vintage trinket or jewelry box. Please see all the photos and you will see some with measurements. The colorful Victorian scene on the top is of a young lady in a swing being courted by a gentleman. Did he fall on the ground because she kicked him or is he tickling her toes? Quite the depiction of playfulness in a bygone era. I purchased this from an antique store and am selling to you for Way Less than I paid :) Just downsizing and I have no daughters…. There are no cracks or chips. There is the usual wear on the gold colored painted edges for a piece of this age. (70 yrs old) Display or use or gift this beautiful piece. It is nice for vanity items such as cotton balls, q-tips. Or Repurpose for a homemade candle, luxurious soap holder. Ideas are endless.
