Vintage 1950s Soutache Textured Detailed Black Dress with Full Skirt Small

Vintage ornately detailed little black dress. Soutache detailing/design covers the garment. Dolman sleeve design with 2/4 sleeve length. Vintage size 12 tag inside. Boat neck and back bow that snaps to cover zipper (see image). Some difference in stitching in under arm (see image) which is not seen when worn. The garment is a true black. Skirt is full and could be worn with a petticoat - see images. Hem sweep aproox 56". There is no stretch to this garment.
