Vintage 1950s Tiered Women’s Christmas Skirt, Red And White Polka Dots Size 28 This skirt is super cute and flattering! Handmade. Some threading imperfections and there are a few small stains that aren’t really noticeable because of how the ruffles fall. I’m 5’3” and size 4/6 or 27 and this is a tad bit big on me at the waist but could definitely wear it. It’s 14” flat at waist so about size 28. Overall good condition and would be a super cute holiday outfit.
