Incredible vintage 1950s sheer polka dot dress with button front details and side zipper. Bought and never wore cuz of sizing but truly loved it! Hand painted dots, with illusion front center slit. So artfully made, many pleats and tiny shoulder pads add a really special touch. Optional belt included. All measurements approximate.
