For sale is a vintage black velvet cocktail dress in mint condition. Size on the tag is 11-12, brand is Mardi Gras New York. The manufacturer’s tag dates this around 1955-1960 - metal zipper, beautiful construction. The details on this are STUNNING - bat wing low cut back and gorgeous silk cord tassel tie at the waist. Would best fit a modern size 2-4. Measures 30”, 26”, 29”
