Vintage 1950s-60s handmade dress

Straight from Mawmaws attic, this handmade dress is absolutely adorable! A heavier linen like fabric with bright yellow floral print, knotted non functional buttons and a front kick pleat, this dress is hand made and appears to have never been worn! The material still has the threads hanging inside which is typically trimmed before wearing. The zipper shows no sign of wear. I did not wash or attempt to iron as I don't know what kind of material this is or how to properly care for it. Please see photo for measurements. I so wish I could wear this!!
