Vintage 1952 Souvenir Scrapbook / Photo Album Africa Asia Trip 103 Photos

Vintage 1952 souvenir scrapbook / photo album of a trip to Africa and Asia including the Middle East. The trip took place in 1952 between June 27 and December 27. There are 103 photos on 30 pages. It includes photos from various cities and landmarks including Jericho, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Athens, Blida, Algiers, Bou-Saada, The Pyramids, and Cairo. A map of areas visited was drawn on the first page. Note that these appear to be purchased souvenir photos and not snapshots that the travelers took. What looks to be the original tag for the scrapbook is still attached. The album measures approximately 9.5" x 8.25". Some minor wear to the cover. There is some separation from the spine noted in the back of the album (see 3rd picture). No rips or tears to pages or photos noted. All photos were put in with photo corners.
