Vintage 1960s 1970s Sheer Blue Dress with Ric Rac Trim and Circle Print Coverup

This dress is fantastic! You could wear a full slip under it and wear it as a dress, or you can use it as a swimsuit/beach cover. It’s so cute and fun! Dress features: Short sleeves Very sheer fabric that has a blue background and taupe circles, there are little tiny dots filling in the blue space, zoom in on the fabric to see everything that’s going on with it! White ric rac trim around the neckline and running down the front Metal zipper Handmade Bust darts Long seams in front and back Above knee length Dress is in very good vintage condition. It has been freshly hand washed and will be ready to wear upon arrival! It appears to have been homemade so it isn’t “perfect” like a professionally made garment. There aren’t any labels, so I don’t know what the fabrication is, but it is synthetic, probably polyester. The bottom of the ric rac trim was just cut off above the hem, maybe the dress was originally shorter so you didn’t see the bottom of the trim. You could shorten the dress to make the trim look better if you don’t need all the length. Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat and doubled as appropriate. Measurements are of the garment itself, so please be sure to leave room for your body and movement as fabric is NOT stretchy! Bust measured just below the sleeves at the wides part: 36” Waist: 29” Hips: 36” Overall length from center top of shoulder to hem: 35”
