Vintage new without tags 1960s - 70s era Rhinestone Dog / Cat Collar. Made of 4 Rows of clear sparkly glass rhinestones and silver leatherette straps with silver tone hardware and buckle. This vintage collar is in excellent new condition and has never been worn. It is a size 10 and measures 12 inches from tip to tip. It will fit an animal with a 7 to 8 inch neck measurement.
