Vintage 1960s Asian inspired dress, cheongsam style. Black and red. Size 40

Beautiful 100% rayon vintage dress! Peony brand, made in Shanghai, China. Very intricate frog style closure, with side zipper. There is also a slit on each side for easy movement. This classic silhouette is a timeless staple for your closet! Pit to pit: 18.5” Across shoulders: 16” Total length: 54” - Measured flat and doubled: Waist: 34” Hip:42” Condition: it does appear some snaps have been replaced but are in full working order. Very small snags in some places (see photos). These are not noticeable when the garment is worn.
