Vintage 1960’s Black Openwork Dress

This dress has been with me for over 40 years and it looks like it was hand made in the 1960’s roughly. There are no tags and no sizing, but based on the fact that I have always been a size 8 up to a size 12 and I never could zip it up all the way, I’m guessing it is a size 5 or 6. The dress measures from shoulder to bottom 38”, waist is 14” in the front and 13 3/4” in the back. The back is 17 1/4” from armpit to armpit, 14” across the shoulders, 15 across the chest. The fabric is black openwork like lace and the lining is a maroon color satin. There is a floppy bow at the waist. The back zipper works and there is a hook-n-eye at the top by the neck and at the waist.
