Vintage 1960's Brocade Jacquard Union Made Formal Tea Length Dress

Original International Ladies Garment Workers Union Tag Indicate this dress was made between 1964 and 1973. There is no size, however it fits like a size 0 / XS. It is missing one snap button that could easily be replaced. In the photo, the bow is pinned where the snap would go.
