Vintage 1960s Chinese Satin Blue Yellow Reversible Floral Jacket Frog Closures

This little jacket is fantastic, you get two jackets for the price of one! The original Peony hang tag is still attached, so it has never been worn. Garment features: 4 Frog closures in both fabrics Front pockets in both fabrics Decorative quilting or stitching around the edges Boxy fit Blue satin fabric is very bright and has what appears to be white flowers on it. Yellow satin fabric is light yellow and has a scattered floral pattern On the blue side in the right pocket there is a Peony label There is some “fill” but the jacket isn’t thick and puffy, or very warm Tags say: Peony Brand Shanghai China XL (please see measurements this is not a US XL). There isn’t a fabric content label (or if it says it, I can’t read it), so I don’t know if it is silk or a silky rayon. My guess would be rayon, but that’s just a guess. Jacket is in fantastic vintage condition and shows no signs of wear. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat and doubled as appropriate. Measurements are of the garment itself, so please be sure to leave room for your body and movement as fabric is NOT stretchy! Bust measured just below the armholes at widest part: 39” Waist: 42” Bottom hem: 42” but there are slits on the sides that can open for a little more room Sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff: 21.5” Overall length from center top of shoulder to bottom: 24.5”
