Fantastical dress vintage 1960’s all feathers are intact, and as soft and supple as they were in 1960’s. Chiffon overlay with silk underlining. Heavy duty finishing at silk hem to keep lining from bunching and gives weight so the feathers move beautifully. Has zipper down back. It has a belt that snaps, one snap needs to be put back on one side. Or you could add a diamond belt buckle, or remove it all together, easily done and wouldn’t effect the beauty of this dress.
