Vintage 1960's Jay Herbert Black Cocktail Dress

This vintage Jay Herbert of California dress was owned by my grandmother and is in like new condition. Sadly, it no longer fits me. Super classy. It is fully lined and form fitting. Super cute satin scalloped loop detail at hemline. There are no fabric tags, and the fabric does not stretch. The tag says size 12 (vintage 1960's), but it fits like a size 4 in today's sizes. See pics. Skirt length from waist is approx 25.5". This dress has been lovingly cared for and stored. It honestly looks new. No fading or signs of wear. Looking for a new home that will appreciate.
