Vintage 1960s Light Blue & White Floral Lace Overlay Scalloped Tank Top & Skirt

This is a listing for an adorable vintage tank top and skirt set, estimated from the 1960’s. I believe it is handmade. Tank top features scalloped collar with little ties hanging from the center. Back zipper closure. Flattering darts at the bust. The skirt is a straighter style skirt with an elastic waist band. Material or size not noted but feels like cotton. Photos were taken both inside and outside - the light blue is like a corn flower blue. In good vintage condition. There is a faint yellow stain on the top (it is hard to picture). There is also a light stain on the inner waist band of the skirt and also toward the bottom of the skirt. There are also some loose threads on the toes of the top and the inner construction.
