Vintage 1960s MOD Royal Blue Velvet Cocktail A-Line Shift Dress

Up for grabs is one vintage late 1960s royal blue cotton velvet shift dress. This dress is in a rarer large size. There are no stains, tears, smells or other issues noticed. This dress has not been dry cleaned and I will leave that up to the buyers. Again, the dress fits like a large and the chest measurement is 40 inches around.
