Vintage 1960's Martha Green Shirt Dress with Scarf

Pretty vintage dress by Martha Phillips who had boutique stores in New York, Palm Beach, Bal Harbour. In great condition, has a very faint spot on the front as pictured. The scarf has a small hole as pictured, not noticeable. Material is likely silk but no tag to confirm. Matching scarf can be tied around the dress or worn as a scarf, headwrap, etc. Super cute!
