Vintage 1960's Mod Dress

1960's true vintage mod mini dress by Wippette of New York. Green velvet top with hip detachable belt, sleeveless, top section is lined, skirt section unlined, zipper in the back. Skirt is textured velvet fabric. Belt at buckle needs to be re-sewn, and small spot on front skirt (shown in pictures). No size tag, see measurements below.
