Vintage 1960s Mondaine watch

Great 60s Swiss made mechanical hand wind watch. Based on the movement, an FHF/ST 96, the watch dates to ca. 1965. The watch appears to have been gold plated at one point. Most of the plating is gone, leaving behind the exposed stainless steel case. The dial is silver in hue with a slight sunburst effect. The Mondaine logo is still very defined on the dial. The watch is triple signed, meaning the logo is on the dial, movement, and crown. The dial does show some patina as does the case. The domed acrylic crystal is still in good shape with no major scratches. Readability is aided by silver baton hands, applied Arabic numerals, and a stunning red, sweeping, second hand. The watch is extremely comfortable to wear due to its 33mm size and supple lambskin Hadley-Roma leather strap. The watch is keeping great time. Thanks for looking!
