Vintage 1960s Neon Red Super Bright Ribbed Button Down Sweater Vest with Pockets

Perfectly mod 1960s bright red sweater vest. Made from a textured ribbed knit. It has flat finishing around the armholes and the collar and button placket. There are two patch pockets. It closes with 7 red matching buttons. The color is a very bright tomato red. It's 100% acrylic yarn. I wouldn't call it super soft, but it's not as itchy as a lot of yarns from the period. It's in great shape, and very ready to wear. There is some very light pilling, which is to be expected with age.
