Vintage 1960s Powder Blue Formal Dress

This 1960s JC Penneys Formal dress would have been high end for the main stream population. Beautiful blue color with long sheer sleeves. Full length back zipper. V neckline with wide collar. Gathered pleating below the breast area. There is no sizing on the dress please pay attention to the measurements. I believe it to be a med. pit to pit is 16.5", the arm length is 25.5" and the length is 58". Good used condition. please see photos as part of the description.
