Vintage 1960’s Rona Knee-Length Sheath Dress w/Jacket

Excellent condition vintage 1960’s turquoise blue/green knee-length sheath dress with matching 3/4 sleeve jacket. Size on tag says 12 but measurements are in pictures. One small tear but is on the inside of the pleat on the bottom of dress so it is not seen.
