Vintage 1960s Rona New York Short Sleeve Dress

Gorgeous VINTAGE 60s Rona NY Dress Navy blue and cream cap sleeves, mock neck, back zipper dress. Material is heavy and skirt feels almost like tapestry. Darting in front and back of top portion. .5" heavy navy strip down both sides of skirt. Belt included. Dress alone weighs almost 15 oz. Near excellent vintage condition with one small white line on sleeve which I believe may come off. Unsure how to clean so left to be on safe side. Measurements while hanging: Shoulder to shoulder: 15" Shoulder to waist (top of tapestry print): 15.5" Shoulder to bottom hem: 38" Waist (top of tapestry): 13.5" Back zipper length: 22" No size but mannequin is a 5/6
