Vintage 1960s Sewing Pattern Simplicity 7454 Girls Size 10 Dress and Handbag Size 10 (Modern Size XX Small): B- 28.5" W- 24" Year: 1967 Womens, Childs, Girls Dress and Bag: The collarless dress with slightly lowered round neckline has back zipper, set-in sleeves with elastic casings and an optional matching bag with shoulder chain. V1&2 have long sleeves. V3,4&5 have short sleeves. V1 has rick-rack trim. V2 has beading and ribbon trim. V3 has lace insertion trim. V4 has optional ribbon bows.
