Vintage 1960's Western Sweater

Maker unknown, all wool, button up sweater. It does have a blemish on the back of the right sleeve & there are several, what looks like holes, but close examination the threads have come apart, not moth damage... a little TLC could be done for someone that knows what to do. Measures 17 inches across the back & sleeves are 24 inches long. There is a seam separation in the right arm pit.
