Vintage 1960’s Yonkers Black Velvet Dress 4 6

This is a vintage I’m guessing 1960s black velvet dress with white eyelet trim around the neck. Two pho pocket flaps on the front at the breast line or right below it. Good condition with no rips or stains. No sizing so I am estimating, but please go off measurements. shoulder to him 36 inches and under arm two under arm, 18.75 inches waistline approximately 16.75 inches which falls at approximately 11 inches from shoulder. Hips measure approximately 19 inches. The back has a hook and eye closure, and a zipper, which unzips, 18 inches down the dress.
