Vintage 1960s dress black sandra sage

She is a beauty! I do feel as if this dress was altered in some way. It should be longer. However I do not know if it needed it or what it so they either fixed it or altered its vintage state. Either way she's great! Bead work is in tact. The inside strap is sewn back on and can be re done properly by someone who can wield a needle.
