Vintage 1960s earrings goldtoned chain purple stone new

these were my mom's in high school or shortly after. she graduated 1969. so either late 60s early 70s. I dont think she ever wore them because she switched to silver & whitegold to match her wedding set. they have a short stiff chain attached to the hook, and purple oval stone with tiny cz under. they are the older popular type of good costume jewelry such as triffari,or monet. maybe vtg Avon. I can't find a marking. these are dainty but show and light.
