Vintage 1960s kids faux leather jumper dress 3/4T

Vintage faux leather jumper dress— loved layering this over a black and white striped turtleneck with black tights and boots! The top stitching is coming loose on the chest. See photos. My guess is size 3/4T, but please go by measurements Pit to pit: 12.25” Total length: 18”
