Vintage 1960s shirt dress, A Macshore Classic, Pale Light Green stripped

Vintage 1960s shirt dress by Countrywise, A Macshore Classic, Pale Light Green Striped fabric pattern. There are two small stain on the hem. The belt is a bit worn. This dress was dry cleaned. Please look at photos as part of the description. The color may differ a bit from the actual color on the photo, I tried to capture the color as best as I could. The bust measures 36" The waist measures 25" From the middle of the neckline, after the collar to the end of the dress it measures 37-1/2 The arms measure 11 1/4" long The arm width is 13 1/2" in circumference The hem is trimmed nicely with wide trim on the inside I am selling this "as is" I have given my best description, I am not a seamstress so please ask as many questions as you like.
