beautiful vintage blouse from the 1960s. beautiful cream silk with circular discs dotting the surface. from a now defunct band called Air Dreams based in Santa Monica. no holes or rips. The silk might be slightly yellowed from age, but it is uniform and to be expected with a piece this old.
