Vintage 1960s silk floral knee length dress long sleeves pointed collar

Beautiful vintage 1960s silk dress. Green, blue and cream floral pattern. Long sleeves with pointed collar. No stretch to the fabric. Comes with matching belt. I purchased this dress but it was too small for chest. :( Chest: 19” Waist: 15” Sleeves: 23” Length: 37”
