Vintage 1960s/1970s L’Enfant ivory/white lace and organza dress

Great used condition Beautiful dress. Color is between white and off-white. Front Bodice and sleeves are lace. The elastic in one of the sleeves at wrist is worn and not much elasticity. Dress is fully lined. I believe the Sheer overskirt is organza There is a ruffle around the neck of the same material. Tie belt in back. See pic for ends of the belt. Buttons down the back. The size tag and material tags are missing. Based on measurements and comparing them to size charts, I believe the dress is a 6 but please compare the measurements to a dress that you own.
