Vintage 1960s-70s Betty Hartford Button Front Shirt Dress

This is a lovely vintage 1960s-70s Betty Hartford black shirt dress with a button up front. There are several damaged spots, including some tiny stains along the hem and holes around the hem and shoulders. The buttons have a worn down, matte appearance, as well. Otherwise, the dress is in good shape. There is not a material tag, but the material seems to be a stretchy polyester, nylon, or a blend of synthetic materials.
