This is a 1969 mixed trio cookbooks from Time Life "Food of the World" recipe book series of "The Cooking of India" by Santha Rama Rau (large hardcover), "The Cooking of Germany" and "Middle Eastern Cooking" (small, spiralbound paperbacks). These small books do not state any authors. All 3 are in very good, previously owned, vintage condition with expected wear from use, age, and storage.
