Vintage 1970 Balloon Sleeve dress .

Vintage dress in peach blues and cream . Empire waist that ties in the back with working zipper. All polyester 59 inches long and the waist is approximately 31-32. So I would say it’s a large. Balloon sleeves are sheer. There is no size tag inside dress. Very cute!!!
