Vintage black velvet & lace detail large Bolero Jacket/Shrug! Stunning detail in a horizontal stripe w/rows of ruched ribbon, lace & velvet all beautifully sewn together. Features dolman sleeves, buttons at sleeve ends & is fully lined. Curved at front bottom gives it a bolero look. Made out of 50% rayon, 20% acetate, 20% nylon and 10% polyester.
