Vintage 1970s 3/4 Sleeve A-Line Dress

Chic vintage 1970s A-line dress in tan & cream. 3/4 sleeves, buttons at neck, unlined. No care tag but feels like poly or a poly blend. Good vintage condition with minor pilling and a few dropped stitches as shown in last photo; does not affect wearability. Vintage size unknown, estimated modern size M to smaller L.
