Vintage 1970s BB/Collections Cocktail Dress

Beautiful vintage 1970s cocktail wraparound dress with rhinestone buckle, has a hidden button and Velcro that hold it together, no zippers it has gathered sleeves at the shoulders to give it a puffy look, it is missing the shoulder pads size 10 but that was the 70s size 10. Pitt to pit is 17 inches they could go out as far as 20 inches total length from the back of the neck collar is 45 inches very nice for the vintage look
