Vintage 1970's Black Dress with Floral Accents And Tassles

This Boho 70's black dress features pristine mesh and floral trim with a tassle on each sleeve and one center tassle. The sleeves are split underneath giving it a flowy feel. The material is lightweight and stretchy. There are no tears, stains or holes. The tassle and trim are perfectly intact. Just a gorgeous find....too bad it's too small for me. can't read size tag but see measurements. approx 43 in shoulder to hem and 15 1/2 in laid flat armpit to armpit.
