This is a sleek black dress with a plunging neckline, halter tie, and zip up the back. In fair condition. Halter top is coming detached from the waist on the left side, and the seams on the waistline are coming apart in some spots. Best fits a size xs. Measured flat: 13.5" high waist each cup measures 7" across at the widest part 13" true waist 40.5" from high waist to lowest part of hem Disclaimer: All my items are 20+ years old and sold as-is.
