Vintage 1970’s Blue Ruched Sleeve Secretary Dress With Lace & Chevron Accents

This is a beautiful vintage blue dress circa 1970. The dress features lovely lace and chevron aceents on the chest, a cinched tie waist, shoulder pads, ruched long sleeves and a standing collar. Measurements of the dress lying flat are as follows: Length-43” Waist(elastic)-13-19” Bust-19” Sleeves-21” All of our pieces are in excellent vintage condition and have been professionally cleaned prior to shipping.
